Korpack is looking for a dynamic and dedicated CDL-A Driver to join our team.
About the Job
This isn’t just about driving a truck from Point A to Point B. We need drivers who are detail-oriented, committed to safety, and proactive in maintaining equipment and efficiency.

The Journey
Timely Deliveries
- Manage schedules and routes to ensure products reach customers on time, every time.
Asset Care & Safety
- Promptly report any maintenance issues, accidents, or safety concerns with company vehicles.
- Operate all equipment in strict compliance with DOT and company safety requirements.
GPS & Routing Compliance
- Use GPS software effectively and follow assigned routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Adhere to routing instructions and continuously seek to improve delivery performance.
Customer Experience
- Deliver goods in a professional, courteous manner that reflects Korpack’s service standards.
- Ensure accurate receipt and condition of goods at every stop.
Warehouse Support (as needed)
- Assist with material handling, inventory audits, and other warehouse tasks when driving duties are not required.
- Contribute to special projects and support cross-functional operations to keep workflows efficient.
Continuous Improvement
- Support company initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance safety.
- Stay current on compliance requirements, transportation best practices, and route optimization.
The Requirements
- Active CDL A (required)
- Forklift operation experience (required)
- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and lift table
- Strong knowledge of DOT safety regulations and driving best practices
- Ability to use GPS systems and follow routing instructions
- Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Commitment to efficiency, professionalism, and customer service
- Must have open availability to accommodate varying schedules
- May be required to work some weekends depending on business needs
- Typical shifts may vary based on route and workload
- Flexibility to perform warehouse duties when needed
