Job Description

Location: Dover, DE 19901Home Time: Home weekly Pay: $1,500-$1,800 per weekFreight: No-touch freight

• Regional freight movement across multiple lanes• Full-time CDL-A position• Home every other weekend for a 48-hour reset• Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth equipment

Operational freight flow and route consistency help CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,500-$1,800 per week while running no-touch freight and maintaining dependable home time every other weekend.

HWY Express is seeking skilled and dedicated CDL-A truck drivers to join our growing team. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401k plan to support your future.

Position Information:

Consistent Home Time: Home weekly

Top Pay: Earn $1,500-$1,800 weekly with CPM base pay based on experience.

New Equipment: Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth trucks.

No-Touch Freight: Focus on driving, not loading and unloading.

Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k with 4% match, and more.

Paid Orientation: Receive $300 for 3 days of orientation.Referral Bonus: Earn extra income by referring other drivers.

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A license

3 months of experience within the last 36 months (regional or local experience counts)

Routes:

Primarily East of I-35, no NYC routes

Occasional runs to all 48 states
