*W2 account*Intermodal AccountMust live within 35 miles of Racine WIMonday - Friday- Start Time: 1300 (1:00 PM)New drivers start @ 0.48 CPM regardless of experience and will earn a 0.01 CPM increase every year after they are hired up to 0.55 CPM- All Hub miles paid equal loaded/empty - $65 for live load by customer (approximately 20% live load) - $40 for drop & hook at CUSTOMER regardless of pickup or delivery - (Approximately 80% drop & hook)- $25 extra per Hazmat load- $30 extra per Refrigerated load- $15 for any empty move and $23 - $55 for crosstown drop depending on the ramp distance.- $20/hr of rail delay (after 1 hour wait)- $20/hr after 1.5 hour wait -- Then $25/hr after the 1st hour- Ramp Specific Training After Orientation: Training will last at least 5 full days for new hires. Training Pay is $250 per day

Hazmat is required within 90 days of hire.
- If obtained after hire, account will reimburse. Driver will need to provide paperwork.
Drivers will go to Chicago rail yards daily
Drivers could potentially have the option to transfer to a more desirable shift after 6 months
