Cornerstone Driver Solutions is hiring CDL-A Company Drivers for a local live-haul position based in West Liberty, Iowa.

Drivers transport live turkey loads from area farms to the processing facility. The position averages approximately one load per day, with routes varying based on farm pickup locations.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Drivers transport live turkey loads from farms to the processing facility.

Farm pickup locations can range from approximately 5 to 280 miles from the processing plant, depending on the load and route.

At the farm, the driver parks the tractor and remains in the tractor while the livestock is loaded. Drivers are not responsible for loading or unloading the turkeys.

Once the load is secured, the driver returns to the processing facility, checks in at the guard shack, and receives instructions for where to drop the load.

Drivers average approximately one load per day, although the actual number of loads and route distance may vary based on operational needs.

Drivers may also be asked to run off-account loads at other accounts in the area as needed.

HIRING AREA

Applicants should live within 60 miles of West Liberty, IA 52776.

Important: The 60-mile radius is the driver hiring radius, not the operating radius.

Farm pickups may be located up to approximately 280 miles from the processing plant, depending on the assigned load.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to work the Sunday–Thursday schedule
• Ability to perform local live-haul operations
• Comfortable operating a live-haul trailer
• Ability to successfully complete required live-haul safety training
• Safe driving history and dependable attendance
• Ability to comply with applicable DOT and carrier requirements
• No passengers
• Ability to leave the assigned truck at the account during time off
