CDL-A Local Retail Driver – Good Pay + $10K Bonus | Home Daily
Earn $85,000 average annual gross pay with $30/hour straight-time pay on a dedicated retail route. Enjoy home daily, Monday-Friday scheduling, online orientation, and a $10,000 bonus.
Pay Details
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,700
- Starting Pay: $30/hour straight time
- No overtime
- Average 55 hours per week
- $10,000 Bonus
Job Details
- Deliver retail merchandise to local stores
- Multi-stop routes averaging 2-4 stops per day
- Predetermined, static routes
- Freight is preloaded
- Occasional warehouse work required
- Hand unload 50-300 boxes per stop
- Approximately 500-700 boxes per trailer
- Boxes range from 2-100 lbs., averaging 30-60 lbs.
- Must unload approximately 150 boxes per hour
- No smoking in the truck
Shift Details
- Monday-Friday
- Start times: 2:30 AM-5:00 AM
- Average 10-12 hour shifts
- Home daily
- Saturday work may be available during peak season
- Must complete assigned route
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to perform physically demanding, labor-intensive unloading
- Doubles/triples endorsements preferred
Equipment & Training
- Online orientation available
- Uniforms provided and required
- Steel-toe boots/shoes required
- Manager is not on-site
