This is a full-time, high-earning position for a driver who takes pride in doing the job right, communicates like a pro, and isn't afraid of a challenge.You'll be behind the wheel of Heavy-Duty Wreckers, Rollbacks, Recovery Vehicles, and Tractor Trailer combinations, working alongside a tight-knit Dispatch team that has your back every mile of the way.Top earners make $100,000+ per year. Are you next?WHAT YOU'LL DO✔ Execute lowbed and heavy equipment transport moves safely and on schedule✔ Operate Tractor Trailers Combinations (GVWR > 26,000 lbs)✔ Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections — every time, no exceptions✔ Keep driver logs, trip sheets, and Tow Book documentation accurate and on time✔ Navigate routes using maps and GPS; communicate proactively with Dispatch✔ Handle customer interactions professionally and calmly in the field✔ Follow all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and traffic laws✔ Keep your truck clean, maintained, and road-ready✔ Report mechanical issues immediately — no tough-it-out cowboys hereWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMust-Haves:
- Valid CDL-A — no restrictions on automatic transmission
- Proven lowbed and heavy/all-in equipment transport experience
- 2+ years of commercial driving experience
- Active DOT Medical Card and clean driving record
- Availability for rotating on-call weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HazMat, Tanker, or Doubles/Triples endorsements
- Basic mechanical skills
- Experience in a fast-paced dispatch-driven environment
