CDL-A Opportunities – Solo Team Drivers

Consistent miles, strong pay, and reliable home time. Choose the option that fits your lifestyle.

Solo Drivers

Earn up to $0.55 CPM (with per diem)$75,000–$85,000 per year

  • Home Weekly

  • 3,000+ miles per week

  • Dedicated lanes: TX to MI or NY and back

  • 100% No-Touch Freight

  • 1,500–1,600 average length of haul

  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

  • $1,000 Transition Pay (must start prior to 2022)

  • Orientation Pay

  • Layover, Detention, Stop Breakdown Pay

  • Pre-Planned Loads

  • Benefits available after 30 days

  • APU Refrigerators in all tractors

  • 2017 and newer equipment

Requirements

  • 2 years CDL A OTR experience required

Team Drivers

Earn up to $0.80 CPM (with per diem)$185,000–$200,000 per year (per team)

  • Home Every Other Week

  • 6,000+ miles per week

  • Dedicated lanes: TX to MI or NY and back

  • 100% No-Touch Freight

  • 1,500–1,600 average length of haul

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (per team)

  • Orientation Pay

  • Layover, Detention, Stop Breakdown Pay

  • Pre-Planned Loads

  • Benefits available after 30 days

  • APU Refrigerators in all tractors

  • 2017 and newer equipment

Requirements

  • 2 years CDL A OTR experience required
