CDL B PARTS DELIVERY DRIVER

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team as a Shop Helper/Utility Class B Driver. This multifaceted role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, providing technical assistance in our workshop, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving and Delivery:
• Map delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load goods from the warehouse into the truck and secure packages.
• Transport goods to client locations and unload shipments upon arrival.
• Maintain and service the vehicle (e.g., refueling, changing oil, checking tire pressure).
• Keep detailed driving and delivery logs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company regulations.
• Facility Maintenance:
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lawn care, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms by refilling supplies, removing trash, and addressing immediate cleaning needs.
• Assist with setting up, rearranging, and cleaning up after events or meetings.
• Monitor and restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
• Shop Assistance:
• Operate devices and machinery as needed.
• Assist in preparing tools and equipment for mechanics.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and perform basic repairs.
• Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop.
• Driving and Delivery:

Qualifications:

• Valid Class B driver’s license at a minimum
• Previous experience in facility maintenance, shop assistance, or driving roles is preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and basic tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

Working Conditions:

• This position involves both indoor and outdoor work.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, as needed
