Class A CDL Drivers Wanted - Western Regional

Just finished driving school and ready to hit the road? We're looking for motivated Class A CDL drivers to join our team! Whether you're a recent graduate or already have experience, this is a solid opportunity to build a long-term driving career. Join a professional driving team that values consistency, safety, and respect for your time on the road. We offer dependable freight, competitive pay, and a schedule that gets you home weekly

Position

Western Regional coverage across major corridors (I-5, I-15, I-84, I-90)

53' dry van freight, no-touch

1,900–2,200 miles per week on average

Reliable weekly home time

Compensation

New drivers will complete 4-6 weeks of OTR training with a mentor

Trainee Pay 650.00/week

$0.55 - $0.85 CPM, based on experience and performance

Weekly earnings typically range from $1,300–$1,500

$300 orientation incentive (if hired)

$15 per stop

Driver Performance Bonus

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL (21+)

Graduated from accredited driving school and completed 120+ hrs

Strong safety record

Professional work history with minimal gaps

No recent safety-related employment issues

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (urine & hair)
