1099's type: full-time work title: Truck Drivers Transportation for New Company!
Overnight courier company seeking immediate hire.Job Position Overview:
- Home every day and off weekends! Great Opportunity!
- Please note this is NOT to be a second job.
- We cannot guarantee the time you get off if the line hauls are late, and you will still be required to run the route.
- This is for the 3rd shift each day on dedicated routes.
- The work day starts Monday night and ends Saturday morning when the route is complete.
- This is 100% touch freight, dedicated route going from Greenville to Columbia to Florence and back to Greenville.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a background check (we pull an extensive background check prior to hiring, for every applicant we plan on hiring).
- Must be able to pass a drug screening (you will be drug tested before being hired, and then randomly throughout employment, and in the instance of a vehicle accident/job accident).
- Must be able to show up on time each day without issue as these routes are time-sensitive.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Must be of legal age or older.
- Must be able to pass a physical examination to acquire a DOT card. (You will have to pay for this).
- Must have access to a good working smartphone.
- Must have reliable transportation to work daily.
- You will be in a tractor-trailer.
- You will need a CDL for this position.
- Driving experience is a must, 3 years minimum.
- Applicant's resume should display a strong work history with good references on the applicant's previous work ethic.
- No benefits as this will be 1099 contractor work.
- But you will receive tax write-off incentives so as to not have taxes due. Paid weekly with direct deposit.
