Job Description
Cleveland-Cliffs Tubular Components has an immediate opportunity for a CDL Class A Truck Driver at our Walbridge, OH Tubular Components location. This position is responsible for transporting and delivering manufacturing tubing.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Drive and care for the Company provided Tractor/Trailer to support customers
- Maintain DOT required logs
- Ensure the highest level of safety is being met.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum of 1 year of Class A Tractor/Trailer Driving Experience
- Knowledge of weight laws, safety regulations and other federal regulations
- Must be willing to work any hours in accordance with DOT, possible overnight.
- Excellent motor vehicle record
- No DUI, DWI or reckless driving charges in the past 10 years.
- Ability to read and comprehend English written safety and position procedures.
- Excellent attendance and safety record
- Must be able to pass DOT and Cleveland-Cliffs drug test and physical
