Our core values are simple: Pride, Grit, & Own It!Position: CDL- A Local Driver (Oregon)R2 Contractors is seeking a dependable and experienced CDL- A Driver to support construction operations throughout Oregon. This is a local driving position, allowing drivers to be home regularly while playing a key role in transporting heavy equipment and materials to project sites across the region. With occasional OTR trips.What You'll Do

Safely transport heavy construction equipment and materials to and from Arizona job sites.
Operate a variety of CDL-class vehicles, including lowboy trailers, dump trucks, flatbeds, and other heavy-haul equipment.
Assist field crews as needed at project locations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
Load, secure, and transport equipment in accordance with DOT regulations.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation requirements.
Maintain accurate paperwork, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL is required.
Experience hauling and securing heavy construction equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar material-handling equipment preferred.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with project teams.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Compensation & Benefits

$22-$32 per hour, DOE.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
