If you enjoy operating equipment, driving locally, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to meet you.General ResponsibilitiesThe CDL Driver/Warehouse Clerk is responsible for shipping and receiving products, verifying product counts and labels, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating forklifts, preparing loads for shipment, and maintaining warehouse equipment and organization.This position also operates local shuttle routes, tractors, and dump trucks for landfill runs. Weekend work may be required based on operational needs.What You'll Be DoingLoad and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Verify product counts, labels, and the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials.Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished products, and warehouse inventory.Supply materials to production lines to support daily operations.Prepare and organize loads for shipment.Drive local shuttle routes and operate tractors as needed.Operate dump trucks for scheduled landfill runs.Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.Keep warehouse equipment, materials, and storage areas clean and orderly.Inspect forklifts and other warehouse equipment.Perform minor equipment maintenance and cleaning as needed.Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company safety requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForQualified candidates will have:A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a clean driving record

At least two years of CDL driving experience

Proficiency operating a commercial vehicle with a 13-speed manual transmission

At least two years of forklift operating experience

Experience with inventory control and recordkeeping

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookA high school diploma or GEDThe ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

The ability to work independently and as part of a teamA commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

The ability to work weekends as needed
