Join a hardworking team where your skills matter both behind the wheel and on the production floor.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a CDL / Production Laborer to support daily operations at our Cozad facility. This role is a mix of driving and hands-on production work offering variety and consistent hours.Responsibilities include:
- Driving semi truck and trailer from the rail site across the highway and back to the plant
- Working in the plant assisting with:
- Production operations
- Shipping and receiving
- General maintenance and labor tasks
- Following all safety procedures and company policies
- Valid CDL Class A (required)
- Ability to perform physical labor in a production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Prior production or industrial experience is a plus
- Starting pay of $20.00/hour with increases based on experience
- Day shift only no nights or weekends
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
- Stable Monday Friday schedule
