We are looking for candidates…

With previous experience in construction, roadwork, manual labor, heavy equipment operation, transportation, or a related field.
With a valid CDL Class A or Class B driver license.
With a reliable work history and strong work ethic.
Who can work flexible schedules including overtime, nights, and weekends as projects require.
Who value teamwork, safety, and personal accountability.
Who can successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle report (MVR), and drug screening.
With a history of working outdoors in the elements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a member of our roadway operations team, you will assist with the installation and maintenance of pavement markings and traffic safety systems throughout the region.

Assisting with roadway layout and pavement marking installation.
Loading, unloading, securing, and transporting equipment, materials, and supplies.
Operating trucks and company equipment as assigned.
Performing roadway preparation activities such as grinding, sealing, tape removal, and surface preparation.
Conducting vehicle inspections and maintaining required logs and documentation.
Assisting with traffic control operations after receiving company certification.
Maintaining assigned equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Participating in all required safety meetings, training programs, and certifications.
Maintaining clean, organized vehicles, shops, warehouses, and job sites.
Reporting incidents, hazards, and safety concerns according to company procedures.
