Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class B Driver to operate box trucks for local routes. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee upon successful completion of the contract period.Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Transport materials to designated locations in a timely manner
- Load and unload materials as required and secure cargo properly
- Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
- Valid CDL Class B
- Clean MVR for the past 3 years
- Active, unexpired medical card
- Ability to pass a DOT drug test
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check (no violent felonies)
- Valid and verifiable work references
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
