Job Description

Cell Operator $20-$23/hr

1st Shift Monday- Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm

2nd shift Monday- Thursday 4:25pm-2:55am

Aventure Staffing is seeking Cell Operators to work for a well established, climate controlled manufacturing company in Spirit Lake, IA. Training provided

Responsibilities:

Work as a team to manufacture quality hydraulic cylinders.
Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications, such as, dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions, such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, and determines sequence of operations;
Tends to one or more machine tools, special-purpose machines, or industrial robots to machine metal work pieces to specifications on production basis.
Selects, positions, and secures tool in tool holder (chuck, collet, or tool post);
Identifies (including nonconforming dimensions) and separates all nonconforming parts;
Willing to Train!!

Requirements:

Good work history
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
Must have basic math and computer skills
Able to use a tape measure
Must have good work history

Pay & Benefits:

Starting Pay: $20-$23/hr
Paid Every Friday!
Direct Deposit and/or Paycards Available
Paid Holidays & PTO (Based on accrued hour requirements)
