Centerless Grinder- Urgently hiring in Euclid!Job Title: Centerless GrinderPay: $28 - $30 per hourHours: 6am to 4:30pm (Monday- Thursday)Start Date: 04/21/2024Looking for a career-driven opportunity? Join our team as a Centerless Grinder in Euclid, OH, and make an impact every day.As a Centerless Grinder, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating grinding machines to produce precision parts. Youll work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality output and adherence to specifications.What You'll Do As a Centerless Grinder, you will be responsible for Reading blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications and order requirements. Using gauges and other measuring instruments to make sure parts conform to specifications. Completing set-up of machines, including all tooling, adjustments, and gaging. Verifying conformance of first piece production, making sure all dimensions meet print specifications using proper measuring instruments. Tearing down set-ups after job completion. Dressing wheels as required to maintain size and micro finish. Inspecting parts regularly to ensure they meet print requirements.What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have Experience operating centerless grinding machines or similar manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of reading blueprints and using measuring tools like gauges. Ability to set up and tear down machinery efficiently.
