Central Supply / Staffing / Transportation Coordinator (CNA Required)

Full-Time | Day Shift (Primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

What You’ll Do
- Central Supply Management
- Maintain inventory and par levels for medical supplies, PPE, and essential items
- Receive, stock, rotate, and track supply usage
- Manage vendor orders, backorders, and deliveries
- Support infection control through proper supply handling and storage
- Staffing Coordination
- Build and distribute staff schedules
- Track call-offs and assist with real-time coverage solutions
- Communicate staffing updates with nursing leadership
- Assist with timekeeping corrections and agency coordination as needed
- Transportation Support
- Safely transport residents to medical appointments
- Complete vehicle inspections and required documentation
- Maintain clean, safe, and ready-to-use vehicles
- Assist with pharmacy, lab, and supply runs
- CNA Floor Support (When Needed)
- Provide hands-on resident care, including ADLs, vitals, and mobility assistance
- Respond to call lights and support meals, hydration, and restorative care
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas CNA certification (required)
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Experience in skilled nursing (SNF) strongly preferred
- Background in central supply, staffing/scheduling, or healthcare operations a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills (EMR, scheduling, timekeeping systems)
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
Schedule
- Full-Time | Primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility required based on staffing and operational needs
