Job Description

Position: Central Supply/Staffing Coordinator

Pay: $28.00/HR

Location: Spokane Falls Care, 6021 N. Lidgerwood, Spokane, WA 99208

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Orders and stocks all medical supplies required for patient care
  • Label and track orders upon arrival
  • Maintain a consistent stock of supplies by managing par levels
  • Manage budget by recording spend down
  • create and manage monthly and daily schedules for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Licensed Nurses (LN) based on budgeted PPD
  • Identifies staffing needs and reports accurate number of open CNA and LN positions to the Director of Nursing (DON)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active WA NAC/CNA license without enforcement action
  • Active on OBRA registry
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English
  • Previous experience working in a LTC setting preferred
