Job Description
Saunders Staffing is recruiting for an individual who has the following skills.Location Moundsville, WVWilling to relocate, expenses paid.Direct HireManagement OutlineCEO Position
- Installed as an employee of client company holding the position of CEO with an annual base salary of $140,000 to $175,000 based on experience.
- Participation in the following programs would be included: 401(k), Employee Profit Sharing, CEO Incentive Program, health savings plan, dental, vision, health, life insurance and PTO.
- General management of the company
- Employee oversight including performance, recruiting, retaining, hiring and firing of staff
- Working with the insurance department in all correspondence, relationships and activities such as Financial Exams, Market Conduct, MCAS filings, etc.
- Continued progression of the company in technology matters
- Processing of Payroll
- Working with Reinsurance markets on securing reinsurance
- Completing and obtaining necessary insurance products for the company such as Cyber, D&O, Fidelity Bonds, etc.
- Oversight of agency relationships including the extension of agency contracts, contingency bonus, etc.
- Working with vendors that are currently part of the Panhandle setup
- Managing employee benefits and tracking of time
- Evaluating and implementing potential new direction for the company
- Working with auditors
- Define and execute a clear business strategy
- Identify risks and opportunities within your state’s insurance market.
- Guide modernization (technology, distribution, underwriting sophistication)
- Ensure strong capitalization and surplus adequacy participate in the Investment Committee
- Work closely with actuaries on loss trends and rate needs
- Provide Financial performance updates, Strategic recommendations and Risk assessments
- Continue the strong culture of the company
- Providing oversight and maintaining operational equipment in the office
