Position Overview PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies. PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.Instead of being tied to one office, you gain exposure to multiple private practices while maintaining scheduling flexibility.PRN Dental AssistantResponsibilities

Assist dentist during procedures and exams
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take dental X-rays and impressions as required
Support patient comfort and chairside efficiency

Requirements

Dental Assistant certification (as required by state)
Experience in general or specialty dental settings
Knowledge of infection control and dental software preferred
