Abernathy Home Care is hiring compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes throughout Burlington, Lexington, Lincoln, Concord, Bedford, and nearby communities.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide, you will:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe and report changes in clients' condition
Follow individualized care plans

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
Current TB documentation
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Authorization to work in the United States
A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
