Job Description

âś…Requirements

• Current New Jersey CHHA Certification• Valid Driver's License• Strong English communication skills• Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands-on personal care

💵 Benefits & Compensation

• 401(k) Retirement Plan• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Paid Overtime Opportunities• NJ Sick Time• Time-and-a-Half Pay on Major Holidays and your birthday

Base pay: $20/hour + additional case differential based on:

  • Hours per day / days per week
  • Distance traveled
  • Pets in the home
  • Couples Cases
  • Level of care required

• Earn an additional $1-$10+ per hour depending on the case

Day Shifts (Thursday-Saturday) or (Sunday- Wednesday)

• 7am-7pm (12 Hours)• 8am-8pm (12 Hours)• 8am-6pm (10 Hours)• 9am-7pm (10 Hours)• 8am-4pm (8 Hours)• 9am-5pm (8 Hours)
