Join Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT as a full-time Certified HVAC Service Technician to launch your career in the heating and cooling space! Keep reading to learn more and see if you're the right fit for our skilled trade team!WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Our Certified HVAC Service Technicians typically work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some overtime if needed. There are on-call shifts, with half-days after your rotation!You'll be visiting clients' homes, speaking with them about their heating and cooling needs, and then getting to work inspecting their systems. Once you've diagnosed the source of issues with heating and air conditioning equipment, you'll explain service options to the homeowner and gain their approval before completing the appropriate repairs, replacements, and maintenance services. We're looking for someone who can treat clients respectfully and independently complete high-quality work. Ability to travel throughout our service area (Hartford and Tolland Counties)Genuine desire to help others
