CARE Workforce Solutions Medical Assistant

PRN (As-Needed) Healthcare PositionPosition Overview PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies. PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.Instead of being tied to one office, you gain exposure to multiple private practices while maintaining scheduling flexibility.Responsibilities

Room patients and take vital signs
Assist providers during exams and procedures
Perform phlebotomy, injections, or EKGs as permitted
Maintain clinical documentation and supplies

Requirements

Medical Assistant certification preferred
Clinical experience in outpatient settings
Knowledge of EHR systems
