What Youll Do
Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction
Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and healthcare careers
Follow the provided curriculum and maintain basic classroom documentation
Mentor students by sharing practical knowledge, professionalism, and real-world experience
What Were Looking For
Relevant backgrounds may include: CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, or Medical Assistant.
3+ years of current CMA experience or 1+ year of CMA course instructor experience
Active CMA (AAMA), CCMA (NHA), RMA (AMT), and/or NCMA (NCCT) certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Teaching, mentoring, coaching, precepting, or training experience preferred but not required
Ability to successfully complete FBI fingerprinting/background screening
