Certified Medical Assistant - Boston MA

Currently we are searching for a Certified Medical Assistant for a contract role with an exceptional occupational healthcare organization based out of Boston, MA.

·      Contract length: 15 weeks

·      Start Date: ASAP

·      Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 4:30 pm (40 hours a week with 30 minute lunch break daily)

·      Pay: $24 -$27 an hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·      Seeking CMA with first rate customer service and professionalism for an onsite employee health center. Adult population only. M-F. No holidays.

·      Duties including but not limited to:

o  Organize and schedule appointments

o  Phone triage

o  Registration

o  Referral coordination

o  Fax management

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

·      2 years of experience in a medical setting as a CMA required.

·      Experience with Phlebotomy, Immunization administration, POCT testing, VS assessment and recording required.

·      CMA Certification is required.

·      BLS required.

·      Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
