Responsible for providing general direct and indirect patient care in a clinical setting under the direct supervision of a physician. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure functionality of practice operations to provide excellent patient care. Serves as a patient advocate and assist patients in navigation along the care continuum with the goal of facilitating effective quality care and timeliness, resulting in improved patient satisfaction.

50 Cherry Hill Rd, Parsippany, NJ
340 East Northfield Rd, Livingston, NJ

Shifts

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, with various days 8:30am-4:30pm as needed for coverage

Principal Accountabilities:

Traveling/Floating between ACG offices as needed.
Coordinate with RN to appropriately manage clinical supplies for office
Assist with yearly accreditation and infection prevention tasks and other projects as needed
Complete heart monitor interpretation charges for office
Complete authorization requests for medications
Cleaning patient rooms: Sanitizing and reorganizing patient rooms between visits
Prepping examination rooms: Ensuring the exam room is ready for the patient, including disinfecting equipment and stocking supplies
Excellent Communication, work ethic, active listening, adaptability to working in fast-paced environment, and hold upmost professionalism at all times.
Support medical record retrieval
Performs other related duties as assigned.
