Description
Join our healthcare team as a Certified Nurse Assistant supporting soldier medical processing. Provide essential patient care services in a fast-paced military medical environment.
Job Duties
- Acknowledge and assist patients entering medical screening
- Maintain patient flow in waiting areas
- Perform and document vital signs checks
- Perform blood pressure measurements per protocol
- Clean and restock supplies and equipment
- Observe patients for distress or condition changes
- Assist with minor acute care tasks under RN/provider supervision
- Perform daily quality control checks on equipment
- Document all care provided accurately
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma/GED + Nursing Assistant program completion
- Certification: CNA certificate/diploma
- BLS: Current certification (in-person training required)
- Experience: 1+ year as full-time nursing assistant within last 2 years
- Citizenship: Must be U.S. Citizen
Work Environment
- Setting: Soldier Readiness Processing Center
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, operational hours 5:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Patient Load: High volume, fast-paced
- Team: Work alongside nurses, providers, and medical staff
