Pay Range
$17-$23/hr, based on experience

Schedules That Fit Your Life
We proudly offer 8-hour shifts and flexible scheduling. Weekends are required:
Day Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM
Evening Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
Night Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
Work Options:
Full Time: 5 days/week
Part Time: 1-3 days/week
PRN: As needed/available
What You'll Do
As a CNA at Spring Creek, you'll provide essential, compassionate care, including:
Responding to call lights and assisting residents with needs
Turning and repositioning residents safely
Supporting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.)
Monitoring dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences
Documenting food/fluid intake as needed
Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
Helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for every day

Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive here if you:
Hold an active CNA certification in Utah (in good standing)
Communicate kindly and professionally with residents, families, and staff
Can make sound decisions when needed
Have a working knowledge of basic nursing practices
Understand long-term care regulations (or are willing to learn)
Most importantly, you care deeply about the wellbeing of the people you serve.
