Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a rehabilitation and long-term care facility on a travel contract assignment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and supporting residents with daily living activities in a supportive healthcare environment.

The CNA will collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient comfort, monitor conditions, and contribute to continuity of care while maintaining professional and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Provide support with feeding, hydration, and hygiene care Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times Follow infection control and safety procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain a clean and organized patient environment

Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
