Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Location: Long-Term Care FacilityPay Rate: $20.00 per hour

$1,000 Sign On Bonus

Position Summary:We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care team. CNAs provide essential daily care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Position Details:

  • Full-time day & night shift available

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Take and record vital signs as directed

  • Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff

  • Assist with meal setup, feeding, and hydration

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

  • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state

  • Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
