Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers
- Provide transportation to appointments, grocery stores, and errands
- Support clients' mobility needs based on their individualized care plans
- Observe and report any changes in condition to the Care Manager

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude with strong references
