Cascades at Riverwalk - Midvale, UtahFull Time | Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday OR Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 6a-6pCascades at Riverwalk is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community where compassionate care and professional growth go hand in hand. Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more

Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs

Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff

Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
