Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Cypress Cove Care Center – Crystal River, FL

Shift Availability: Full-Time,

All Shifts 7:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m, 3:00 p.m.- 11:00 p.m., or 11:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m.

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 Part-Time / $3,000 Full-Time

Responsibilities Include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Provide mobility support, including turning, repositioning, and transferring residents
Take and record vital signs, weights, and other routine measurements
Observe and report changes in our residents' condition to the nursing staff
Document care and services provided in the electronic medical record system
Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff respectfully and professionally
Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures at all times

Qualifications:

Active CNA license in the state of Florida (required)
Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for working with seniors in a long-term care environment
