What You'll Do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care that supports resident dignity and independence
- Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional support and companionship
- Assist with daily living activities while monitoring resident well-being
- Encourage social engagement and help create a warm, vibrant community
What You'll Need:
- An active CNA certification is required
- New CNA? If you already have your CNA and Grand Meadow is your first employer, we may reimburse your certification costs — ask us about this during your interview!
