What You’ll Do:
- Provide person-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
- Assist with daily routines and overall well-being
- Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents
- Communicate updates and observations with the care team
What You’ll Need:
- Active CNA certification in Minnesota
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused approach
- Strong communication skills
- Experience preferred, but not required
