What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care
- Support daily activities and overall well-being
- Build relationships that enhance residents’ quality of life
- Communicate effectively with the care team
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CNA license in Minnesota
- Compassionate and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred, but not required
