Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA

Job Summary:
The CNA and/or HHA at Griswold Care Pairing will provide compassionate and high-quality care to clients in Sarasota/Manatee County.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $30  paid weekly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with mobility.
- Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.                                                                                                                                                                            - Current CPR (American Heart, Health Institute or Red Cross)

- HIV certificate
- Ability to pass a LEVEL 2 background check 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude towards clients.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
