Join our Home Health Team in Wabasha, MN.

Base pay of $19.00 / hour + more for CNA experience!
Mileage reimbursement for home care travel.

What's Available:
0.8 FTE (32 hours per week)
Available to regularly work scheduled hours; must be available for off-shift, weekend & holiday coverage.
What you will do:
Travel in 30-mile radius to patient homes to assist with basic care for residents in the areas of nutrition, elimination, comfort, mobility and safety
Works collaboratively with the health care team members to effectively communicate and document accurate information.

What you need:
Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota
Active driver's license
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
