What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility
Support residents' emotional well-being through respectful communication and companionship
Accurately document care provided and observe/report changes in resident conditions
Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and resident rights standards
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida CNA certification in good standing - REQUIRED
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)
Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for helping others
Ability to work overnight hours and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Dependability, compassion, and a positive attitude are a must
