Job Description

CNA – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Penn Yan, NY
Pay Rate:$26.00/hr
Weekly Gross:$975.00
Shift: Full-Time Days/Evenings (D/E)
Hours: 7.5 hrs/day × 5 days (37.5 hrs/week)
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW) + Holidays required
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (05/19/2026 – 08/22/2026)
Employment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Perm

Requirements:

Must be able to start on a Tuesday or Thursday for full-day orientation
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification required
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI required)
Minimum 1 year experience as a CNA in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in any of the following units preferred:
- Neuro Behavioral
- LTC Unit I, II, or III
