Avanta Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with proven wound care experience to join our compassionate and dedicated care team.

Position Details:

Location: Jonesboro, GA 30236
Schedule: Flexible (to be determined)

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in the state of Georgia
Must have wound care experience (required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a nurse or clinician
Assist with wound care management and dressing changes
Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients
