What you’ll do (typical duties)
· Provide personal care and hygiene support as needed
· Assist with mobility and safe transfers
· Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
· Meal preparation and hydration reminders
· Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, dishes)
· Shopping, errands, and transportation
· Pick up prescriptions and assist with telehealth visits
· Provide companionship and emotional support
Minimum requirements
· 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States
· Valid driver’s license and a reliable car
· Available to work in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, St. Johns, Nassau, and Volusia counties
· CPR certification
· Level 2 background check
· 1-hour Alzheimer’s training
· HIV/AIDS training

In person (client homes in your local area across the counties listed above).
