Description

  • $2 PM/NOC Shift Differential Available!
  • AM Shift (6:00am- 2:00 pm); PM Shift (2:00pm- 10:00pm); NOC Shift (10:00pm- 6:00am)
  • All shifts require every other weekend and a holiday rotation
  • Full-time and part-time openings available

St Dominic Villa is looking for compassionate, kindhearted healthcare professionals who are looking to gain their Wisconsin CNA certification and are looking to further their health care career by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant.

This program offers you the opportunity to work as an assistant to the CNA team while paying you to take FREE courses towards this certification! St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community, is located among the rolling hills of the picturesque driftless region in southwest Wisconsin, just south of Platteville and a short 10-minute drive from Dubuque, Iowa. Open to all, St. Dominic Villa offers long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehab to older adults and is a truly peaceful place to live and work.

Requirements

  • Must be 16+ years old.
  • Caregiver or customer service preferred.
  • Enrollment in and successful completion of Certified Nursing Aide Program and testing. We will help train you at no cost!
  • Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients.
  • Excellent communications and human relation skills.
  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
  • Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
  • Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers.
  • Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions and exhibit flexibility when needed.
  • Ability to hear communication and communicate verbally, visually and in writing with staff and residents.
