Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you are the heart of our resident care team.

  • Resident Advocacy: Observe and report patients' status, needs, and changes to the nursing leadership team.

  • Responsive Care: Promptly answer call lights and attend to resident requests with a smile.

  • Clinical Support: Assist with the essential flow of the facility, including admissions, transfers, and discharges.

  • Nutrition Support: Serve meals and assist with tray distribution and pick-up, ensuring our residents are well-nourished.

  • Quality of Life: Implement specific procedures and programs designed to keep our residents safe, clean, and comfortable.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
