Rate: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
As a CNA, you are the heart of our resident care team.
Resident Advocacy: Observe and report patients' status, needs, and changes to the nursing leadership team.
Responsive Care: Promptly answer call lights and attend to resident requests with a smile.
Clinical Support: Assist with the essential flow of the facility, including admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Nutrition Support: Serve meals and assist with tray distribution and pick-up, ensuring our residents are well-nourished.
Quality of Life: Implement specific procedures and programs designed to keep our residents safe, clean, and comfortable.
Qualifications:
Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Heart for Service: A genuine desire to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and make a difference.
Reliability: Strong punctuality and a commitment to your scheduled shifts.
Team Player: Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with nurses and other CNAs.
