Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As a CNA at Moraga Post-Acute, you are the heartbeat of our resident care.

Daily Care: Provide routine nursing care and services in accordance with each resident's personalized assessment and care plan.
Resident Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for resident needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
Clinical Support: Assist the nursing leadership team in monitoring resident status and documenting daily activities.
Community Mission: Play a key role in our mission to rehabilitate patients and successfully discharge them back to their homes.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
