Afternoons: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
Nights: 10:45 PM 7:15 AM

Role OverviewWe are seeking New York State Certified Nursing Assistants to join our clinical team in Montrose. This role provides critical support under direct clinical supervision, performing a range of technical medical treatments, diagnostic monitoring, and essential patient care. We are looking for reliable professionals who can operate specialized equipment and maintain a therapeutic environment for our patients.Clinical Responsibilities & Duties

Treatments & Procedures: Change simple dressings; administer enemas, douches, and irrigations. Apply abdominal T binders, hot water bottles, aqua K pads, ice bags/coolers, and hot/cold compresses as directed.
Diagnostic Support: Collect urine and stool specimens; take and record temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration, height, and weight.
Intake & Output: Observe and record quantitative food/fluid intake and waste output with precision.
Specialized Care: Administer therapeutic sitz and fever sponge baths. Apply splints, braces, slings, and other self-help devices.
Equipment Monitoring: Inspect and ensure appropriate functioning of oxygen therapy equipment (tents, masks, and cannulae). Operate specialized patient monitoring and treatment devices.
Observation: Recognize and report abnormal signs and symptoms of common diseases to the clinical staff immediately.

Patient Support & Logistics

Daily Living (ADLs): Attend to hygiene needs including bathing, dressing, brushing teeth, and trimming nails. Assist with feeding and hydration.
Mobility & Transport: Move, position, and lift patients using a variety of aids to prevent contractures and prepare them for treatment. Transport patients and supplies as needed.
Patient Engagement: Foster a cooperative environment by talking and listening to patients, encouraging participation in treatment activities.
Facility Support: Manage patient laundry and personal belongings with accurate record-keeping. Perform limited housekeeping to ensure treatment areas are sanitary and orderly.

Minimum Qualifications

Certification: Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Reliability: Ability to adhere to strict shift timings (Days, Afternoons, or Nights) and work under direct clinical supervision.
