Description of the role:
- This position provides direct care to residents in a senior living facility under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Current CPR certification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
